To use GurneyGoo effectively to prevent chafing and blisters during adventure racing or long endurance activities, follow these general guidelines:
- Preparation : Thoroughly clean and dry areas of skin prone to friction.
- How to use : Apply a generous amount of GurneyGoo directly to the affected areas. Concentrate on areas that are particularly prone to friction, such as feet, thighs, forearms or other areas depending on the activity.
- Protective layer : For additional protection, GurneyGoo can also be applied to the inside of clothing that comes into contact with the skin.
- Follow-up : After the event, clean the treated areas with soap and water.
