The Grayl Ultrapress Purifier is a highly efficient portable water filter that delivers 500ml of clean drinking water in ten seconds. The filter removes 99.99% of viruses, 99.9999% of bacteria, and 99.9% of protozoan cysts, as well as many chemicals and odors, using ultra-pulverized activated carbon.
The bottles are equipped with a one-way silicone valve that allows the addition of electrolytes and sports drinks without affecting the filter. The Ultrapress Purifier has practical features such as a foldable carrying handle, a leak-proof drinking cap, and non-slip surfaces.
The cartridges have a lifespan of 300 presses (150 liters) and should be replaced when the press time reaches 25 seconds or after three years of use. Made from BPA-free polypropylene and food-grade silicone, the Ultrapress meets NSF/ANSI protocols 42 and 53 as well as EPA standards.
